
Dr. L. David Williams founded El Paso Footcare, PA with the principles of medical excellence and a personal, compassionate approach. Through the years, he has continued to stress the highest quality medical care while taking a personal interest in each of his patients. This dedication has made him a popular physician with both patients and colleagues.
He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso, received a Masters degree from Southwest Oklahoma State University, a Ed.D. in Physical Education from East Texas State University and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He trained at William Beaumont Army Medical Center before entering private practice in 1983.
Dr. Williams has coached both men's and women's collegiate track and cross country teams. He currently plays volleyball on a World Senior Championship team. In addition, he serves as a podiatrist in the military reserves, where he is a Lt. Colonel.
He is an active member of several prestigious medical organizations including the Academy of Ambulatory Surgery and the National Podiatric Medical Association.
Dr. Williams enjoys staff privileges at several area hospitals and surgical centers where he performs surgery on an out-patient basis.
